I'm presently on the verge of ending my 6th year of H1 in May 2006 in my present company. On a side note, my Labor with PD Nov 2002 is being processed in the BEC and I also received my 45 day notice. Because of this I have the option of getting my 1yr extension on my present H1.
My question is: What are my options, if I get a permanent offer from another company at this situation? Is it Okay for me to move on to this new company. If so, can I ask my new company to keep my Labor processed from my present employer and still work in the new company so that I don't have to apply for another Labor and GC again.
