Are you supposed to work for the sponsoring company during the GC process? Rite now I am working for an employer other than my sorcerer but I will be starting the work in Feb 2005 with the sponsoring employer. Mean while I got an RFE stating to show the evidence that I am not likely to become a public charge. CIS is asking for an Employment letter stating prospect for continued employment. Now should I submit letter from original employer or the one I am working which is temp. Your help is appreciated
