We got an interview call on 16th July at Newak for my I485. They asked me to bring a current employment letter. I was a self-sponsored EB1 -Extraordinary ability based I140 candidate which was approved in Sept 2001. Our I485 RD 01/14/2002 ND 01/25/2002 FP1 05/2002, FP2 03/31/2004.
I have few questions.
1. I am consultant working on a project at Client site. Should I take employment letter from both Client and Consulting company.
2. Along with job description should the letter at the end say to grant me the permanent residency.
Any other suggestions.
