employment letter question

My attorney aksed my employer to put hire period (first day to present), current job title which is different from the one posted in ad, salary. That is all. I say in this discussion board that their emplyment letter also state "this job is still available and still continue to hire this person (the applicant)". However, my attorney did not ask my boss to put those words in my employment letter. I am not sure if he is right. Does anybody have any idea? I think this issue is very important!!!!

The only thing that I am seeing is the "Job Title". If your app. for AOS has been pending more than 180 days and the current job is very similiar to what you were doing when you got your labor certification, everything should be fine. Otherwise, it might not be Ok (according to my lawyer.)

can we send additional info with the original RFE? I rxed RFE for Emp Letter and am wondering if I should send mine and my wife\'s DOB cert too, originally we just gave affidavits, we did not even give NOC, I am going to ask my Lawyer, but knowing them, I am sure they would say just send what they want, so I wanted to find out if anybody did such a thing till now. Can you please let me know - thanjks
