I was working for company A for a while and after I filed LC, I joined company B. I filed I140 and I485 through company A while I was wroking for company B.
Now I got RFE asking for employment letters from both companies:
1. submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current company stating date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.
2. submit an original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed form I140 on your behalf stating their continued interest in hiring you, job duties and remuneration.
I have requested job offer letter from company A, they still want to hire me. My current company B provided me letter too.
Now the question is, I don't think I want to join company B. Do I have to tell USCIS now or I just give them both employment letters.
