Here is the letter I typed up for my employment RFE:
Dear Sir or Madam:

He is working in the capacity of <StateJob Title> and he receives an annual income of <Income>. <Company Name> will continue to offer <Name> employment while the application is being adjudicated and permanently afterwards. The terms and conditions of the immigrant visa continue to remain.
