Employment Letter before RFE

My lawyer has sent a letter from my company to re-affirm the continued employment to NSC. This is to prevent a possible emloyment related RFE( RD/ND 03/2002). He said this will not do any harm.

Folks,

Do you know anybody has done similar things?
Is it going to help?
Will it do some damage?

Hi,

In my case, when my company was bought out, my lawyer sent a letter that we are invoking the AC21 rule, and a letter from my employer addressed to the INS was also sent as an attachment.

This week, the local BCIS called me and my HR Manager, and still asked to fax over another employee letter and a copy of my EAD. She seemed nice over the phone.

Also my lawyer said that since they called, I might not have an interview before the final approval. But there's no guarantee for that either.
