Employment Letter and Title issue

My LC was applied for Programmer/Analyst Position. It was certified as Software Engineer. I Just noticed that when applying for the 485 HR gave an offer letter where my title was put as Software Engineer. IS this going to be a problem?

Am assuming that your 140 is approved - since you mentioned just 485 in your posting

Its only for 140 approval that they look at all of this. I think since you are at 485 stage, the job title etc has been addressed.


If you meant that you are actually applying for 140&485 concurrently, am sorry -- I really don't know --better ask this to your company's lawyers.
