Employment in India after OCI

I am originally from India and got my US citizenship through naturalization earlier in the year. I recently also got my OCI card. I currently work in the US - but am thinking of moving to India and working over there. I know that with OCI - I am allowed to work in private organizations - but is there any formality? Do I have to let my new Indian employer know that I am a US citizen? Do I need to let any other authority in India know that I am working in India?

OR can I just go to India and begin working just like any other person in India would do?

Thanks

You can start working normally. Any time you're asked of your citizenship, you have to claim to be a US citizen.

You'll have some fun during tax season. The US requires you to disclose foreign income. You have to file taxes even if you don't have to pay any taxes. So, you'd have to look into that.
