Employment History in Labor application and on DS30

As my labor process was going on I had switched employer and came back to my old employer after three months. I do not have the employer for whom I went on to work for three months mentioned in my labor application. Should I mention this the visa application form - DS230 ?

Does anyone know of any issues if the list of employer on DS230 is different from the one in approved labor application ?

couple of months may not matter.. i had left out, inadverently, a job i had for two months initially

but in my OF230 i had mentioned it.. they did not ask any question...

immigrationcp: As madmad said, a couple of months shouldn\'t matter...

but be consistent, i.e., if you\'ve left it out in one place make sure you leave it out in all following documents concerning CP.
