Employment during OPT (min pay ,other rules)

I am currently in the third month of my OPT.My prospective employer is not sure of the OPT rules.

****Can somebody let me know where I can find the exact rules regarding minimum pay,voluntary employment & other important issues ****so that I can get the OPT extension and stay in status without any problem.
 
You can start with your school's DSO, they should help.
If you think you can read legal documents, try code of federal regulations CFR 8 on USCIS website.
 
rrules that I know are that your OPT has to be related to your field of study, and to apply for extension you have to apply for H1 and you may be granted up to 29 month alltogether OPT but it has to be science (math, computer, physics degree)
