I have recently found a new employer and the Company ask me to sign a form from Dept. of Justice in order to make sure I have the eligibility to be employed. I'm not sure if I should take this new job at this moment.

I'm now on EAD and have replied to RFE two months ago. Does anyone know if BCIS knows I have changed job after RFE by signing the Dept. of Justice form? If so, am I going to get a 2nd RFE?

This is only for employer........

it is employers responsibility to make sure that a person is employable.....

So don't worry and change your job
