Employment Contract?

I am looking at the Appendix A for the required documentation
to be sent along with the filled forms

In the Section 7 its says

"notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an
English or French translation"

What is meant by employment contract?
Is this the offer letter from various companies i had worked in the past?

"Original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must
be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers,
and be stamped with the company’s official seal."

Is it mandatory to send Originals..? Or I can send notorized copies?

Appointment letter and Experience letter.

Appointment letter and Experience letter of all companies you worked in past.

Well, 4 years back, I sent photocopies. You may notarise photocopies and can send. No originals at all. If you are in India. Gadgeted(spell ckeck) officer can sign for you to make it notarised(attested). In USA, Notary can make it notarised in bank at free of cost.

For current company, you are working for. You may provide only appointment letter. Well, if you can get such certificate, that Person is working with us(e.g. Employee verification Letter). then, it is okay.

Yes, these are the offer letter from past and current employers.

It is difficult to get such reference letter from past and current employers. Along with my application, I attached a notarized copy of all my work experience certificates and a letter from my current employer. I am not sure whether they are going to consider or not.
