I am a physician
I am presently a resident and when i finish my residency i will only have six months left on my H1B visa
I have a few questions
1. I am a Indian citizen now but can become a British citizen (I was born in Scotland) when i want is there any advantage to changing citizenship to British. Will that help in my GC process by making it faster or it goes by my country of birth ?
2. I will finish my residency June 2008. When should I apply for the GC that means when should i sign my contract for the job ?
