Employment based GC and annulment

my story in short:

Got married to a US citizen last year...she never thought it through and has not resided with me ever. After all the trauma i went through, we have decided to get an annulment, and if that does not go through, then a divorce.

I am currently on H1, with employment based GC in process and perm filed. If the marriage gets annulled/divorced, can it affect my employment based GC process (I-140 and I-485)?

She never filed any sponsorship for me. We never lived together.

responses appreciated

No because your employment based GC is separate process. In case you got your GREENCARD thru marriage then it will be cancelled. Your case is different.

My colleague went thru similar issue but he was married for 1+ year at that time. They got annulled. He never applied GC thru marriage. His employment GC was pending that time. His GC process never got affected in any way (not even RFE). He got his GC after usual local office interview.
