Employment based CP - IS I864 & I864A required

Hello Experts,
I have not received the packet 4 and I am going based on the US Consulate website instruction list.

I am confused as whether we are supposed to fill the Form I864 & I864A and get it notarized and carry with us. I see mixed information on the forum.

I have filled the Form I134 to support my wife. will this be sufficient.

Can someone please answer my question. I have only 2 days before I gather this document.

the only thing you really need notarized is the letter from employer stating you will have a job when you return back to the US.

You can download Packet 4 from the COnsulate website if you want.
Duplicate of the appointment letter can be picked up at the consulate information window between 9.00 - 11.00 am
 
Nkelkar,

Please dont give misleading information. I134 is must for your dependents. Otherwise his wife will not get IV.
