Guys !!! Good News
I sent an e-mail to NVC about the "Employment-based categories will remain current throughout FY2002" Today I got the reply of my email . Here is the reply of Email.
"I expect that all Employment-based categories will remain current throughout fiscal year 2002. The only potential problem would be the Employment Other Worker category where numbers could be in short supply at the end of the year. The language in the article you listed is the statement I gave to a lawyers group in response to a question they had. "
Every body read this info before too on one of the immigration web site, I think Immigration-law.com under breaking news.
Hope this help for all of us.
Thanls
