I am about to file for my second EAD. What should I mail out along with I-765 form? Should I, for instance, mail out a cover letter? If so, could you provide a sample?

I heard that filing electronically actually slows the processing down.

Anyway, what supporting documents should I provide with EAD application?

not taht I know of

I filed mine electronically...got it in normal range of time...and also ur RD/ND is more earlier..which is better....
