Employment Authorization Document Question

My husband and I turned in our I-485 simuntaneously. I am on H1b and he is on H4 currently. Would someone let me know if he can apply for EAD? If yes, what form should I use? Any information shared is greatly appreciated! THANK YOU!

He can, however using EAD mean no more H1 status....

As dependent he is his own . doesn't matter what he do.... even he is out of status he is eligable to drive G.C from ur approved 485 using same GC catagery u are on.

if he use EAD he would loose his H4, I believe using EAD(his/himself) shouldn't effect on u. but its better u make sure with attorney.
