Doesn't matter once you get your approval, especially if you're laid off. But if you quit it might have some implications during naturalization. If you're laid off after your 485 approval apply for unemployment benefits.
If you get approved- normally no questions are asked during stamping. So if all goes well as planned you would be fine. But with BCIS- you can never be 100% sure.
You dont have to mention about the job loss that happened 1 week prior to the approval. You can still provide all the payslips upto that week showing your employment.
As mavishka said, it will be a matter of concern during your citizenship....which you can always deal later (with a competant attorney).
