Employment After studies in F1?

I am completing my 6 years H1 stay in US by June 2011. I am planning to get a F1 visa and then study for 2 years. But, After the 2 year study, can I get back to employment immediately in the optional training category or another H1? Or do I need to stay outside Us for a year and the return for employment (as i had completed 6 years of H1 before)?
