Hi,
Iam working for xyz company.I had signed one year agreement.I transfered my visa to another employer due to some reasons(I am not satisfied with xyz company payroll policies).But if i leave before one year i need to pay some amount everymonth for remaining months.Iam not willing to pay remaining amount.what will happen if they file case against on me?please let me know if anyone knows or had this problem before.
