employer withheld pay

:confused: Hi! i need some information.
my last employer still owes me the 1 months pay. i got my timesheets ready with me and i am just waiting for him to send me pay check past 1 and 1/2 months. does anybody know how i can approach labour court on this? any information is appreciated.

You can file a complaint with the State Department of Labor or you can retain an attorney to litigate the claim for you.
