my perm is denied ,because of q.no 1 wrongly answered,which was asking, you are working for employer no/yes, my sponsor say no, on that bases they denied my perm after 45/60 time frame,deniied the perm as soon as he answer the question, then perm gone for processes for 60 days, now upon status checked ,found denied. what should be the best to do in my case.he was thinking I am employer not employee.any one help me is it serious problem , can my attorney fixed. please help attorney not yet received formal letter , what is apeal time for this type of cases.i am worried . iak

Best thing is to refile immediately and make sure that your employer replies "yes" this time. I am surprised that your attorney did not tell your employer how he/she should have answered the sponsorship question.
