Hi, I'm new to this site but I really hope that someone can help me. I aged out at 21 but I am grandfathered under 245i. I've read that an employer can sponsor someone with 245i but when I see application forms it always asks "Are you authorized to work in the U.S." How do you get to employers? Are there attorneys that work directly with employers who are willing to sponsor someone? Thanks in advance for your help.
