Employer slashed salary- i485 peding??-please advise

Employers slashed salary.My current salary is lower than mentioned on i-140.
Details:
EB2/IND -Nebraska Center NSC
RD june 01
ND july 01
FP dec 01
LIN-22X-XXXXX
I have valid EAD
AD waiting

Am i out of status? Can Green Card be denied based on current salary issue? any suggestions welcome...Thanks.

I have same problem

Dear Friends,

I have same problem about salary mentioned when filed I485. My current salary is way down the mentioned salary. Till Feb 2002 I was drawing 100k and that\'s what they mentioned in I485. But then after my project got over and I started new project in March my company slashed my salary by 30K saying bcos of low rates...So I guess it is ok and convincible since it is all because of bad economy. Hopefully by the time I get approval I might reach in the region of 80s...
