employer says year end

Hi all,
My employer was saying that he talked to the lawyer and was told that my 485 will most probably be approved at the end of the year...How do you think he came to this conclusion? any ideas? i was hoping for a approval in a couple of months atleast by my PD.

Your employer may not have a clue on the current processing times of TSC.

If you control yourself from questioning me, I would say your I485 will get approved NEXT week if not THIS week based on your PD, FP date and I140 status.
