My husband will be applying for his citizenship next month. I have a question about his previous employement and EAD.
My husband had changed his job after 5 months of getting EAD and his previous company (the one sponsoring his green card) informed the INS of the same. My husband had got a letter from the INS at that time asking about proof of job and the new employer he had joined sent a letter to the INS.
My question is whether there will be any problem in his citizenship process?
