My Employer skips the pay stubs every alternate months and the amount in W2 form doesnt reflect YTD amount present in Dec '03.
I have some pay related issues and Since the new management has come from this year, they are not interested in taking up the old cases. I had been on a business trip for the month of Nov '03 and I have a official letter stating that . I was not paid for that amount. They are not interested in settling the amounts.
I am not sure they have the W-4 forms( employee critical information). They have recently asked us to fill once again.
Even our company is involved in Delaware Labor Issue
Is there any way that I can get my pay related issues settled ?
Do you think any action can be taken on such incidents, where pay stubs are not given and w2 form amount is different from ytd?
Dont the new management has the responsibility to solve the previous issues?
