I work for a consulting company ,their office was located in Iowa and recently they moved their office to Dallas,TX .My labor got approved from Kansas City DOL in which the place of my future job is mentioned as Iowa.If I want to file for I-140 where should I file , should I file it in NSC or TSC .

Where\'s the job?

If you have a job offer in Iowa, file the I-140 at NSC. If the job described in the LC no longer exists, you get to start over.

The LC was filed saying the job could be at employer\'s headquarters which was in Iowa or multiple locations as the position was a consulting type of job.Now they moved their headquarters to Dallas but I still continue working in other places. So can I still file in NSC.

I\'d file it at NSC (I think)

Speak to the attorney handling your case to get specific information. I\'m not positive of the answer to this so I\'d need to do specific research.

Hi,
I am in the same boat. Please let me know what are you planning to do. I think we both belong to the same company. In my case my labor is not yet approved. Its about to be approved. Please contact me at my Email id, nmudhelli@yahoo.com. I would like to hear from you.
We can pursue this together.
Thank you.
