Hi all,
I worked for one employer as consultant for a week and left the job as i did not like it. He never got back to me regarding salary. I called him and left messages but he is not answering the phone. I am on OPT and going to file for H1 very soon and hence green card afterwards. Should i complain to department of labor regarding this. Is it going to effect anything while applying for green card or H1.
