Hi Gurus,
I came in usa with company A at Mar 2001 with i-94 validity till OCT 2003, got paid in till may in company A.
Because of poor economy, I was not able to find a project so company A told me to go back to home country.
But, I found another company B who applied visa & got approval of notice of action validity from dec 2001 to jun 2003. I never came on payroll with company B. Means i was out of paystub from may 2001 till now.
After long time I found project in dec 2003 and working on it, after spent almost two month working on this project.
Company B didn’t paid me anything so far. Making excuse like their lawyer told not to pay, if they pay then they will be in trouble.
How to solve my problem? What I never going to get paystub for trasnfering visa?
How to takeout my money and paystub from company B
What company really in trouble if they pay me or they are in trouble if they don't pay me.
How to transfer visa in new company without paystub?
