Employer not giving pay stub

Hi,

I am presently on company A H1B visa, I have a offer from company B but company A doesn't want to release pay stub as they feel insecure hence they said they will deposit salary directly in my bank account.

Question: Now if i don't have pay stub what are the options which i can use for my transfer ?

Guru's please advice me how should i tackle this problem.

Even if your salary is a direct deposit, your company is still mandated to provide you a paystub. this will state the amount of your deductions, SS contribution, etc.

You company has to provide you with paystubs. Thats how its done everywhere. Just put pressure on you company to hand over your paystubs.
Tell them you have to apply for a bank loan or a car loan or something.
