Hi all,
I'm getting ready to file for my I-140. I see that the Net Annual Income of the company shows $60,000 (for 2006) and the Offered Wages in my LC application is $70,000/yr applied under EB2. Also the # of employees is only 26. Will there be any problem with 'Ability to Pay' looking at those figures? Is there an alternative to show more Net annual income (like other income) than the offered wage if it really poses any problem in the approval process? Plz share ur valuable knowledge on this. THank u.
