Employer name On W2

I am working with company X and compay X Outsourced HR management to Company Y. I am getting pay stubs with employer name company X.

I got W2 form for 2005 it has employer name is Company Y instead of Company X.

Is there any problem actual employer mismatch in W2 and documents( employment letter and paystubs etc..)sent to USCIS for green card while filling the 140/485.
