employer name change

Can you please suggest me how to correct employer name since my labor approval came on client name instead of employer name. Tell what is the correct procedure to get it corrected and to proceed to I140 filing.
I appreciate your early helpful suggestion in this regard.

clarification

I am on H1 and changed 3 companies in 5 years. The present company(American) I am working for the last 3 years, filed for labor petition and got it approved.
In the labor approval It was mentioned client names with addresses (as my employers), Instead of my previous H1 holding employers names and addresses.
I am in confused situation, and waiting on clear guidance before proceeding to I140/I485 stage.

I really appreciate an early advice and guidance in this regard.
