Employer is not giving I-140 details

Currenly working with my same emplyer since many years, we applied for I-140 and it got approved.

My Employer giving me hardtime to provide me I-140 details and 797 Notice of action documents for filing 485 case.

He might feeling i may run away from company and he may loose some income...

How to get copy if I-140 and Notice of Action. As time is important please let me know fastest process..
 
140 is an employer document. You have to convince them that you will not quit after 6 months of filing 485.
