Employer in one state, labor in another state

My H1B sponsoring company is based in Atlanta. I have been working in California from last 3 years

for different California based clients. Can I file my Labor Certification for Green Card from

California?

Yes, you can file at your actual work location or at the location of the corporate headquarters.

And what will happen If I moved to different place from to different state, after my labor was filed from the state other than state where my companies corporate is?
