One of my previous employers is not giving me my experience letter. I have contacted him couple of times and sent him emails. He has not responded to any. My current company is denying to file for my green card since I do not have this one experience letter from MSys Inc. Can I take any legal action on this company. I have only have 2 years left on my H1B limit. I cannot believe that companies can get away with such terrible acts. He would still have to send my W2 for 2002 and I do not know if he would even send me. Help me please !
