hi,
my husband's LC was approved in Dec 2005. Now that he was getting the paperwork organized for I-140, his company informed him that they had filed for his LC in the EB3 category and not EB2, even though my husband had been told at the time of filing it would be done in EB2.
What should he do now? Can a replacement LC be used? What are the minimum requirements for EB2?
Any suggestions would be most helpful!
