Any one knows whether 1 year old company can sponsor green card? are there any chances that it would be a problem in I-140? He has 2 employees right now. And he is ready to apply GC but I am not sure whether to apply with him or not?
i dont know how things are different now... in the past, 1999 small desi-based consultant companies have started small with 1 or 2 employees..
i would ask for that company financials and review it yourself.. and the attorney who they are going to use... ( novice attorney can screw up ur case )
