I came here in 2003 and i was offered a position with a consulting company. I was paid cash rather than issung paytubs for initial 7-8 months. Then my employer started issuing paytubs for the next 13 months, but paid me half the salary what he claimed in the LCA. I got sick of the exploitation and recently moved to another employer who is ethical. My previous employer owes me around $60,000 if i compare what he actually petitioned to the DOL and the difference in my W-2's, starting April 2003.How can i get my money back from the previous employer.
Also, will this affect my present green card situation with the new employer. I heard i need to provide 3 year W-2 statements. Please advice
