Employer change; I-140 approved ???

can i change employer; I-140 approved ???

Iam in my 7th year.

Can i join and switch to company "B" after my I-140 is approved working through my current employer "A" ?

Question:
1) can i get my 3 year extension NOW based on my I-140 approval when i switch my employer say tomorrow? My 7th year will expire in April/2007.

2) Would i be able to maintain my P.D of Sep/2002 when i switch to company "B" ?

What other precautions should i keep in mind for this move.
