I have changed the employer after 3 months since my previous employer has filed for I-140 and I-485(RD Nov 2003). After that I got approved EAD, AP and I-140 also. I have received FP appointments from USCIS. After I received FP notice, I have contacted my previous employer to discuss for any negotiation, he said that he has sent withdrawal request for I-140.
But, I got approved LC from my current(new) employer. My current employer is also preparing documentation to file for I-140 and I-485 soon.
My questions are given below:
1. Can I attend for FP?
2. If I attend for FP, is better to apply for I-140 and I-485 by my current employer or not. If my current employer applies, then what will happen?
3. If I don't attend for FP, should I respond fro FP, saying that I am not attending because my previous emloyer has withdrawn the I-140 petition.
Please suggest me with your valualble ideas/information/opinions.
