Should I have to produce Employment latter from old company or new company?

Since I am no longer work for old company how can I produce a latter? Please advice me folks.

I just did my RFE

This Aug, I got RFE from INS. I only submitted offer letter from my current employment, but my attorney wrote one letter which explained my job change with similar responsibility. On 9/30/2003,
my online msg changed to approved.... Today I got my attorney call. My approval notice was received today.
