I have couple of questions regarding the employer change. My wife is the primany applicant. In another 2 months, she will be completing her 180 days after appling 485. Her I-140 is already approved. Here are my questions.
1. If she resigns the current employer and takes up another job, will there be any problem in 485 approval??
2. What are the document we need to get from the lawyer if so?? I know we need the copies of Labor approval, I-140 approval and I-485 receipt notice. Am I missing anyother document?
3. I have gone from H1B to EAD. Will there be any problem because of her resignation??
