employer address

Hello:

I have some questions regarding the addresses for companies (employers) that I have worked:

1. One of the companies (say company A) that I worked for was a startup and does not exist any more. In the form I entered the name of company A and the address where it used to be when it was running. Do I need to add anything else?

2. Another company that I worked for (company B) had its HQ in a different city from where I worked. Do I need to enter the address of the HQ or address of the location where I worked (I am not a consultant. Nor was I working from home. The office where I worked had 50+ other employess who worked for company B).

3. After I left, Company B has been acquired by company C. As part of a facility consolidation exercise, company C moved all employees to a different facility in the same city. Do I even need to mention company C?

4. Company D (which processed my green card) has been acquired by company E, which in turn has been acquired by company F. All the acquisitions had the "successor in interest" tag. Should I just mention company D (and the address where I worked) or should there be any mention of cos E and F?

Be very careful with this ,you need to take an additional sheet and explain it to them.Also make it a point to explain this to the immigration officer at the interview.
 
I listed corporate addresses on my application. Doubt the IO will be too concerned unless anything odd stands out - I was just asked to confirm the name of my current employer.
