Hi Friends,
My company processing my GC upto I-140 clearence.Affter that they are not ready to pay the money.They said total amount is $6000/- for GC whole process.But they paid $3000/- and the remaining amount i am going to pay that our lawyer.
I have my I-140 and DOL cerificate approval notice xerox.
My questios is without lawyer can i appy for I-485 or not?.If so what i need to do for that?.

Hi,
You can prepare I-485 yourself. It is easy and simple. If you still want a good lawyer for half the price, there is one which my company uses. She is very good and very prompt.
Let me know.
