Hi all,

I am in us on K3.

How long it takes to get EAD , my case falls in VSC.

Let me clarify one thing -- my I130 is approved.

As i read in this forum that if ur I130 is approved and applied for EAD / work permit, one can work with receipt of acceptance of I765, is it right or wrong?

Approximate processing time for EAD is 90 days. Even your I-130 is approved, it does not give you right to work. I would recommend to wait until your EAD is approved.
