Empl I-1485 interview. Need I-864 or I-134?

I am going for Employment based I-485 interview. Do I need to complete I-864 (Affadavit of Support) or I-134 (Affadavit of Support) forms.

My attorney suggested to file I-134. Need to notarize I-134.
This is not required if not asked per interview letter but keep it handy.
